Guidelines

1. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English, with accurate grammar.
2. Each person may submit a maximum of one abstracts as the presenting author.
3. The presenting author must register for IMS 2.0
4. Only abstracts from registered presenting authors will be included in the final program.
5. The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
6. Abstracts must be original and should not have been published in any indexed peer-reviewed journal, nor should they have been submitted, presented, or intended for presentation elsewhere before IMS 2.0
7. The scientific content must be relevant to the field of Musculoskeletal Radiology.
8. All submitted abstracts must contain novel data. The presenting delegate must obtain the necessary regulatory permissions and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the results.
9. The abstracts should pertain to either original investigations, observations, case series, or case reports.
10. All abstracts will be reviewed by the review committee. The final decision on presentation category allocation, changes in category, or rejection will remain at the discretion of the IMS 2.0
11. Abstract Review Committee and the IMS 2.0 Scientific Committee.
12. The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject the abstracts.
13. The last date for abstract submission is 30th June 2025.
14. The acceptance and mode of presentation will be communicated to delegates via email by 1st August 2025.
